This session explores the how’s, why’s, and impacts of cooperation through open source code, leveraging OSPOs as an office of cooperation that brings together local communities, cities and municipalities, and national governments to solve common challenges together. Examples of existing methods and programs for cooperation with communities will be presented.  Presenters will inform & present to attendees, and then engage in robust unscripted discussions between themselves as a group.
