The first step in the OSPO journey is learning how to build an OPSO from mentors who have built a variety of types of OSPOs for all kinds of missions. OSPOs are more than just open source; they are about community. This workshop introduces attendees to the wider OSPO community through mentors, who will share the best practices, guides, and tools used by OSPO practitioners today and interactively share their first-hand knowledge of lessons learned in building, operating, and tasking OSPOs.
